“Clean room, nice staff”

“One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at! And, we have stayed at many! Checkin was very efficient, all the staff were so friendly! The room was so spacious, with lots of counter space! The beds and pillows were very comfortable as well. Nice shower with wonderful amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion to use. “Easy to get to from the expressway and conveniently located near plenty of restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores. The hotel was clean, quiet, and very family-friendly. Breakfast was warm and plentiful each morning, which was a great bonus. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay—I would recommend it. ”

“The waterpark is a total rip off. You get a room they give you 4 wristbands that I lets my children use. Fast forward we walk in and I get stopped I need to pay an extra 10 dollars for a band so I can watch my kids. Food prices outrageous, and even though it said complementary breakfast we got a bill for 61 dollars… be careful we also had poop floating in the pool they threw chemicals and just let kids swim in poop water… ”

“Nice enough for price paid. Have stayed here before and their is evidence of attempts to improve with updates. Still thin walls, can't fix that. Initially placed in room facing highway with loud road noise and window not closing properly. Asked for new room on opposite side, immediately changed. Super polite staff. ”
