“Die Anmietung erfolgte für einen beruflich bedingten Aufenthalt in Remscheid. Allerdings ist der hochtrabende Titel der Wohnung völlig irreführend. Die Lage (ggü. Nightclub, kein Parkplatz) ist bestenfalls durchschnittlich. Ausstattung der eher engen Einzimmerwohnung ohne Ess- oder Schreibtisch ebenfalls dürftig. Eine separate Kochplatte in der Küche. “Sehr schöne Wohnung, alles ganz neu. Sehr sauber.Küche mit umfangreicher Ausstattung. Nur Geschirrtücher muss man selbst mitbringen. Gute Lage, in unter 10 Minuten sowohl am Bahnhof als auch in der Innenstadt. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar.Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und waren rundum zufrieden.Kontakt zum Vermieter völlig unproblematisch. Wir haben immer direkt eine Antwort erhalten.”

“Pros: Die Gastgeber waren ganz nett und bemüht, den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Cons: Der Ausblick war nicht wie angekündigt in den Wald, sondern auf eine riesen Baustelle, weil der Garten neu gestaltet werden sollte. Wird wahrscheinlich schön, wenn der Garten irgendwann mal fertig ist. Zudem gab es ein Schimmelpilzproblem, das nicht durch unzureichendes lüften sondern eindeutig durch die Bauart und Lage der Wohnung zu begründen war. Mit etwas Ahnung von Gebäuden besteht aber durchaus...

"Le cose migliori sono state il personale e la posizione della struttura. Tutto lo staff veramente cortese e disponibile. Sono stati tutti meravigliosi dal Barman, alla reception alla sala, insomma tutti! La posizione ottima! Attenzione solo alla camera che prenotate, la nostra non aveva il mini frigo, ma hanno trovato subito una soluzione quindi non è stato un problema. Colazione tra le migliori che abbia trovato, sempre fornita nonostante l’affluenza quasi impressionate, sempre pulito e non mancava nulla! Noi ci siamo mossi con i mezzi ma ho notato che un parcheggio esterno. "

"Ottima struttura collegata direttamente all'aeroporto e vicina alle fermate degli autobus e navettte per fiera. All'interno ci sono diversi locali aperti fino a tardi. Unica pecca occorsa durante quest'ultimo soggiorno: dopo aver bussato in camera alle 8:30 del mattino, mentre non eravamo ancora usciti, non sono più passati per effettuare le pulizie."
