“My mother ended up staying with me, who is in a wheelchair, and the staff accommodated us with an accessible room semi last minute which was appreciated. The only complaint is the doors to the hallway aren’t accessible via a push door to open which would have been nice in consistently bringing the wheelchair in and out and having to manage opening the door and pushing the wheelchair thru. “The room was clean & comfortable. Front desk staff, Drew was rude & unprofessional. I did speak with management & she said that she would deal with it. All the other staff members were courteous & helpful. My only other issue was housekeeping arrived at my door at 10:05am on the check out day. Check out time is 11am.”
