“We were referred there by the hospital where my brother is an oncology patient. They wouldn’t give us the hospital discount because I had booked through a third party for a cheaper rate, but we’re happy to add on more charges. After being at the hospital all day we came back late to a room that hadn’t been serviced, so I called for clean towels and was told I had to request service or I wouldn’t get any. “DO NOT STAY HERE!!! From the valet to the front desk to the restaurants there is horrible customer service and the do not care. The room was so dusty and the place needs a total refresher. Not at all worth the price! Stay somewhere else!”
