Hotel a Rensselaer

“Had to force door open and closed. Trim around door falling off. Cracks in wall around ac unit. Only 1wash cloth, hand towel and bath towel per person for the stay, I'm used to 2 towels per.”

“To start, there was no sign origh5s to indicate you'd located the hotel. We drove past it several times before finding it The room was large & the bed was very comfortable. If that's all you're looking for, then this should be your choice. But, if you're looking for even a little more, look elsewhere. The showerhead & shower was horrible. The towels were beyond thin; non-absorbent & the bath towel was the size of a hand towel. The "amenities" were 2 tiny bars of soap. That was it. No shampoo,...

“We checked in at the office on 6/25, but did not go to the room for 6 days because we were staying with family in town. The room was filthy. I got cleaning supplies from the office and attempted to clean it but it was still disgusting. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived and there was hair in the shower from the previous occupants. The room had a refrigerator that was not working and had mold inside. “When we checked at 11:00 pm the TV didn’t work and there was a shortage of bath towels. The next morning we informed the staff and asked that the room be made up. When we returned at 10:30 pm the TV still didn’t work and no towels and the room not made up. I went to the front desk and asked for a different room. It was a real pain to move because we had unpacked out suitcases. Stephen Happel”
