Hotel vicino a Reservoir Library - Melbourne

“Very clean and comfortable very friendly staff this is our 3rd time staying”

“The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. They very quickly & most apologetically gave me a much better room.”

“the hotel is located 3km from the city center and outside the free tram zone. the tram stop is anyway just across the road and bikes can be rented. the personnel at the reception is extremely kind and always ready to help, really outstanding. i like the atmosphere of this hotel which looks like an informal art gallery where the guests are invited to express their artistic side. the room is clean always with nice artistic touches. our room didn' have a pleasant view, just the offices very very...

“Everything was very clean, and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The location was great with easy access to transportation! I’d say the only thing to be aware of is that the rooms are very compact, the bathroom door glass, and you should che k the hours of the dining room”

“Nice and clean. Nice area.”

“This is my go to stay when travelling to Melbourne. Quiet, clean and convenient. Check in was easy and efficient. Staff very friendly and helpful.”

“Lovely hotel and lovely room. Very clean and comfortable. I had issues connecting to the WiFi, which I'm sure the staff could help with if I contacted them, but I didn't bother on this occasion. A nice touch was being able to request fresh made omelets, poached...

“its a style community, all cooking and eating together, not bad but no coffee in the room for the wake-up in the morning, i find ridiculous for the price , and no wardrobe?? ”

“Great location and friendly staffs”

“Very noisy at night and early morning then requested a $250 bond (absolutely un heard of)”
