Everything you want from a member of staff at your hotel. Bonnie and Ffion in the restaurant were very personable and gave us a great service. “Everything as usual was excellent, However i was disappointed with the standard of the buffet breakfast. On previous occasions we were table served. Breakfast was freshly cooked quite special. Now unfortunately the llanerch breakfast experience has become ordinary and generic and dare i say, not worthy of the £20 charge. Saying all that, we enjoy the lovely spacious rooms, quiet disposition and friendly staff. We will, ofcourse come to stay again. ”

“Staff very friendly and helpful, the room was in poor repair without a main light and the extra bed was broken.We are non smokers and they gave us a smoking room that stank of cigarettes smoke.”
