“Lovely hotel/old inn. Excellent shower. Breakfast (over the road) great. Easy parking - although it might be a squeeze if there was a function being held. Look forward to staying again.”

“Rubbish was found all over the floor (plastic nails, bottle of water under the dressing table, half eaten cookie), bed extremely uncomfortable, food in the restaurant salty(when sent back the tone was like I was asking for more food, rather than trying to rectify error politely), no idea how this place is 4star, would never go back. Spa just re-opened after refurb, but works still going on, debri everywhere, smell of silicone in the changing room revolting. Staff on reception and spa lovely. ”

“Great hotel in the heart of the town. The food is excellent, staff warm and friendly, and the parking gated and secure. We love this part of Wales and always try to stay here if vsiting.”

“The room was clean. The staff were courteous at all times. Breakfast was great. The veranda at the side of the breakfast suite is an excellent place to socialise, great suntrap. The atmosphere is so relaxing & peaceful. My wife & I will be back next year. Found a great place for a long weekend break. I am disabled with Lung Disease CHP/ILD, I require oxygen 24/7. The hotel allowed me to have my oxygen on the premises. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone.”
