“We, my wife & I, stayed at the hotel last month for 10 days. We had made the booking for a deluxe room. The first night when we checked in the AC in our room leaked when we asleep! There was water on the floor. It disturbed our sleep. We were upset and infuriated. The next morning when we complained about it to the front desk staff and the manager. “Hotel storico e ben conservato. Personale molto cortese. Ottima prima colazione. Bella piscina. Molto buoni i ristoranti ma molto cari. La camera al primo piano non era assolutamente 5 stelle. Corridoio con moquette lurida!!! Camera molto vecchia. Ma il soggiorno è stato piacevole. Consiglio di fare una maggiore manutenzione nelle camere e corridoi..”
