Qualcosa di migliorabile nella gestione del ristorante: non sempre presenti ed in grado di dare continuità alle richieste del cliente (dopo aver richiesto un black tea per tre volte a colazione è arrivato un caffè) per mancanza di coordinamento.”

“Hotel storico e ben conservato. Personale molto cortese. Ottima prima colazione. Bella piscina. Molto buoni i ristoranti ma molto cari. La camera al primo piano non era assolutamente 5 stelle. Corridoio con moquette lurida!!! Camera molto vecchia. Ma il soggiorno è stato piacevole. Consiglio di fare una maggiore manutenzione nelle camere e corridoi..”

“Marriott suits Pune we like this hotel because of large rooms with equip kitchen and very clean and nice property. Staff is very nice starting from reception desk till room service. Food is very nice and lots of choices. Staff in dining hall are very helpful specially Shreya , Esther , Aadesh. And food prepared by Chef Divan is very nice. Service is very very good.”

“sono già stato diverse volte sopite di questo hotel. comoda la sua posizione non dita molto dall'aeroporto quindi buono nel caso si arrivi a Pune la sera tardi e ottimo quando si tratta di lasciare la città velocemente. il resto dei servizi all'altezza della categoria e della catena di cui fa parte. buono il ristorante a buffet anche se dovrebbero ampliare la gamma piatti internazinali”
