“Everything was really excellent. The service was fantastic, the location wonderful, the hotel very beautiful. The breakfast is also great, and the food in general is of very high quality. The only thing that could have been better was the gym, which is only a small room that must be booked 1 day in adance becuase only 3 people can fit at once. “Struttura ben tenuta pulita e silenziosa ottima per una bella vacanza di relax,personale super cortese,mia figlia ha avuto problemi con un virus intestinale la metre' di cui non ricordo il nome e stata superlativa con tutto lo staff,ogni giorno chiedeva delle condizioni, facendo preparare un pasto apposta per la dieta data dal medico dell' hotel . Cosa dire se divessi tornare a rethymno non avrei alcun dubbio a tornare in questo hotel .io darei anche una stellina in piu ..grazie per averci fatto...

“An excellent hotel.we stayed here for two nights.the staff was friendly and helpful.the design of the hotel was smart and elegant.rooms are organized in little dependances which are located around a nice garden with trees and flowers and a clean big swimmingpool.we recommend this. hotel to people who want to relax and have a luxury stay in rethymno.”

“It was our anniversary trip and we have been really spoilt in the resort. At the arrival we got an upgrade to the Creta Royal 5* which gave us access to the restaurants, pool and everything of that side of the resort which was amazing! "Ho soggiornato per 9 giorni a fine agosto con mia moglie e mio figlio Bellissimo hotel, camere molto belle e spaziose, io avevo 2 camere e 2 bagni. I clienti eran quasi tutti tedeschi. Hotel vicino alla spiaggia, spiaggia attrezzata con lettini e ombrellone.a 80 metri circa gratis per i clienti dell'hotel, con possibilità di mangiare in spiaggia. Per 5 giorni mare tranquillo, gli ultimi giorni mare mosso. Molto gentile e cordiale il personale del bar e della sala, quasi ogni sera vi era uno spettacolo dalle 20,30 alle 22,30, molto bello lo spettacolo di musica e danza cretese, con i ballerini di sirtaki "
