“Everything was really excellent. The service was fantastic, the location wonderful, the hotel very beautiful. The breakfast is also great, and the food in general is of very high quality. The only thing that could have been better was the gym, which is only a small room that must be booked 1 day in adance becuase only 3 people can fit at once. “Excellent hotel, very clean with gentle and competent staff, from the reception to the restaurants to the pool attendants and specially to the Grecoland Staff, great to entertain uor children, and to the Chief Bartender Socratis, great person, competent with drinks. Special mention to his Negroni, the only excellent Negroni that I could ever have outside of Italy.”

“Ottimo albergo posto appena al di fuori dalla strada del centro antico. Pulizia eccellente e personale molto gentile. La piscina ha affaccio sulla hall ed è molto piccola s non fruibile, ma la posizione dell’hotel, la gentilezza del personale, la buona colazione e la pulizia della camera sono ottimi motivi per consigliare il soggiorno in questo albergo”

“Siamo stati una settimana in questo delizioso hotel, poco distante (200 metri) dalla spiaggia di Rethimno. Partendo dal cibo, c'è subito da sottolineare la qualità dei primi alla carta proposti. Che per un hotel in Grecia, non è così scontato, essendoci molti turisti tedeschi, che hanno pretese molto basse. C'è poi tutto il cibo a buffet, vario e si trova sempre qualcosa di buono. “A brilliant hotel. We felt so at peace here. We were here for a wedding nearby, and this was a piece of paradise. Set on the gorgeous beach, I could watch the waves from the pool all day. The buffet restaurant was really good too. Staff were really helpful and it was really clean. Lots of places to relax, no fight for sunbeds either. Will definitely be returning ”

“We were very satisfied with the hotel. We also received an upgrade to the Penthouse, which was very good. In addition we had another room on the top floor directly to the beach. The hotel provided lots of complementary drinks, fruit and sweets in both rooms. Only negative was two of the staff in the breakfast room. They looked like they had very bad days at work, not friendly service at all.”

“This property is new and quite lovely. It was truly one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in and we travel a lot. Our plunge pool suite was top notch. The beach facilities are private and excellent. Breakfast was included and there were so many choices. My only complaint is the exclusion of kids from the adults-only pool, which is the only place you can order fries/burgers. Would be better if they made it a "quiet" pool instead of being age restricted?”

“Excellent hotel with great facilities. Staff outstanding. My family stayed there for 10 days and we enjoyed every minute.I would recomend Rethymno Hotel and Water Park to anyone. We will definitely visit again.”
