Hotel vicino a Richland College - Dallas

“Hotel was situated in an industrial park area with parking lot that was in need of repair. Did appreciate finding out when I arrived there was a $7/day parking fee, when it was not stated in the website amenities. The shower and toilet area required some gymnastics ability maneuver in and out.”

“Firstly. The hotel is DIRTY! The bathroom tub had black footprints in them. The room was HOT the air only worked at night. Staff was RUDE when asking for extra bath towels”

“I’d like to start with this place being littered with sketchy looking people posted all around the building an outside. There was nobody to check me in to the hotel. Then charged me for a room without me being checked in.”

“朝食はありません。 スタッフは英語話せますか、なまり？がある感じ。 近くに歩いアフリカのスーパー、セブンイレブンあります。橋を渡って5〜6分ぐらいで大きいスーパーありました。 ただ、この辺りは移民が多いので、不労者に声掛けられましたが、無視しました。 夜はあまりで歩かない方が良いと思いました。 駅から7〜8分ぐらいですので、立地的にはいいかと思います。”

“The first thing I noticed when I got to our floor was the strong smell of mildew. The whole hotel past the lobby stinks of it. The room that we got was spacious, but very dated, the carpet was visibly dirty and so was the couch. The pool was busy as it was a holiday, but it was not well kept and the workout room is not as pictured and very outdated. One of the elevators had some kind of sticky substance spilled on the floor from the moment we got there into the moment we left, no one cared...

“The room was ok, well maintained but the area of the breakfast with no ac the entire week and it’s over a 100 degrees in Texas! Also they have a policy of cleaning the room every 4 days which is unbelievable especially in a Hyatt. I stayed five days and requested several times to clean the room but nothing happened. Nice people not efficient.”

“When we arrived hotel was beautiful but when we got into our room it was terrible floors were dirty carpet was dirty, the bed was dirty trash all over the room. I called front desk guy he was super helpful !! Told us he can switch us rooms in the morning! But did get us new bed sheets etc point is this hotel was dirty! Our experience there was horrible! Other than the room being dirty the shower was disgusting wife had to clean it !! Next day we tried to go swimming and the pool was disgusting ,...

“Clean room the room was excellent!!! Staff friendly that was amazing breakfast was NOT included so that’s the only downside!!! The room had good air conditioning just a really good stay I will book again!!!”
