“I like that how clean my room was and how well the hotel was maintained. The hotel was quiet.The staff was very friendly. There was on street parking for free and garage parking offered by the hotel for a fee. Would definitely stay again. The value was great. It checked all the boxes for me.”

“Our stay was okay. Could have stayed somewhere a bit better. I booked this hotel because we wanted a hot tub, and I could Have sworn it said there was one and when we got there, there was no hot tub. The sheets and towels also had stains. Not a terrible hotel, but probably wouldn’t stay again.”

“Both the lobby and the room smelled terrible, the lobby smelled like mold or mildew and the room smelled like body odor.”

“I arrived around 11pm, and there were at least 4-5 suites with trash bags outside the door. When I opened my suite door, there was a cockroach on the counter. The bed at some faint stains. I just couldn’t stay on the property after seeing this.”

I do not normally write reviews but this one has to written to let others know to be cautious when booking this hotel. There is a reason that is cheaper than other Hyatt Places.”
