“Condition of property.. MC your brand is being tarnished! We have stayed at many RI and been very pleased this one however I would not recommend. Furniture dirty, torn/damaged, staff friendliness missing, pool area dead shrubs, broken chairs, towel size slightly larger then a hand towel. Positives breakfast & location!”

“Very nice and bed was extremely comfortable . Staff not very friendly and bedrooms were loud from hallway noise as well as thermostat light would not go off and was extremely bright …. Laid a rag over it ….. when sleeping ”

“The hot tub was hot but jets didn’t work. There was what appeared to be mold in the ac vents and dust blown on the ceiling above where the vent blew. The ac is very loud. Lots of highway noise. The bathtub wasn’t very clean. The hotel had a run down feel to it. The way the buildings are separated/laid out, we didn’t feel very safe in the hallways at night.”

“Efficient, clean, great service and staff. The coffee shop in the lobby makes a great oat milk matcha latte too!”

“Staff, receptiion area and location were on point. Room furniture and tvs need to be updated. No streaming services or casting capabilities available. Smack in the middle of Restaurant Row and not too far from Village and Gallery Mall. Need major upgrades...”

“Loved everything about the hotel except the shower. Towels were kept in a separate room and the shower glass doesn’t extend the length of the shower. Only goes partway so the air was cold and water got all over the floor. ”
