This is now the second time I've paid extra for a hotel mind you not even the same hotel not even in the same state. I paid extra for a large room with a hot tub/jacuzzi. “No staff! Was unable to get my codes to enter, ride elevator and get into my room. Finally phoned assistance for help. Room was very nice except for scented sheets!”

“Room was comfortable but seemed to be a lil outdated. Apparently they said they have been renovating. The ice machines on 3 of the floors didnt work. $300/night seemed a little bit pricey for a mediocre hotel.”

“My husband and I love this hotel! We would definitely book again! Staff is very very helpful and friendly. We had to extend our stay due to a storm and because the night lights festival was rescheduled to the next day and the hotel was kind enough to help us. We also checked out at 2am because we had to get a bus back home but unfortunately the bus company cancelled and we had no where else to go and the hotel was kind enough to give us back the same room we had. The breakfast was very delicious...

“Very nice hotel. Clean and updated. Great breakfast. Staff was exceptional. We had car problems and broke down. The manager Linda was fabulous she was very helpful and offered to help us out with transportation. We will be staying here again. Close to Green Dragon and antique shops.”

“No work out room , no bar, no restaurant, more of a motel were people live . Room need paint and cleaning, breakfast needs up grade .”
