Loved the little touches, electric blinds , TV in the bathroom,espresso machine etc .. also right in the middle of KL , all different type of restaurants. Breakfast at the Royal was very nice too ! We will certainly come back and will try a different room next time !”

“Room, breakfast and service all very good. Site difficult to find if you are not familiar with the area. Using the postcode in the sat nav wasn't a good idea, better to use the signs for the forbidden corner which is on the same site.”

“I have been hounded by Hotels.com to leave a review. The hotel reception staff were very helpful, but I had cancelled my stay so have no review to give. I asked for a VAT receipt for the cancellation cost and the staff could not have been more helpful. Many thanks to them.”

“Great place to stay, only there for one night but will be back for longer next time. Room was lovely, bed was very comfortable and the large shower room was an added bonus. Located in the centre of Ripon so access to shops, bars and restaurants was easy and with the added bonus of on site parking. The food in the restaurant was excellent, a real taste of Italy. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming.”
