Hotel a Richville

“A/c fan VERY loud, outdated rooms, bathroom had hair on floor & overall floors had dirt. “Get what you pay for” was pet friendly with grassy area.”

“Clean, staff great. Typical motor hotel. Had noisy neighbor. Parking ok, microwave kep shutting off every 10 second. Tripped breaker in strip”

“Unique place. No contact with staff physically. Most everything done via email which was fine., just not for everyone. Nice area of town.”

“Dangerous- no protocol or care for guest safety. My mother and I had a very pleasant stay at another Country Inn and Suites in Ohio the night before, so last night on our journey we chose this one. Boy did we have an awful night. The guest next door got extremely inebriated and we were awoken to him pounding on our door aggressively and shouting at 2am. After speaking with the front desk, it turned out he lost his key but was also wandering around without pants, barefoot, with very muddy feet...

“This place goes downhill every single year. We stay with a group for Christmas for the last 15 years. Wallpaper is peeling, you are charged for a “resort fee” but the pools aren’t even always working. Dining is subpar. Rooms are very dated and getting worse every year. I think it’s time for our family to move on from thumper pond. ”
