"We had to call about a loud party in a room above us. Hair dryer didn’t work. Toilet water was running. Breakfast staff was inattentive to keeping things stocked and let the trash cans overflow without emptying them."

"Had an interesting stay. We were on a bit of a tight schedule and didn't get breakfast when we went down at 6:15. Asked the front desk and he wasn't sure what time it was, then said to come back in half an hour. Came back later and still no breakfast. Finally found someone who said another half hour. ..."

"We enjoyed the location and the balcony and the bed is quite comfortable but the pillows are VERY thick and firm. I would think they are not suitable for over 50% of folks and hope you would try 2 types of pillows to accommodate folks that need thinner or less firm types of pillows. Still say this ..."
