“We to space was great. Bed comfortable. Enjoyed the snacks and drinks in the Club room. Fitness room with good equipment. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Temperature regulation was a bit rough but staff provided extra heater. Overall great stay.”

But no big deal. Then I see .. another full room rate charge. Left room in perfect condition literally just went in slept and left. Worker either is scamming people intentionally or Expedia is trash. Never using this app again. ”

“An excellent stately building with spacious rooms, a great pool & workout area, fabulous breakfast, excellent laundry room, and truly wonderful staff who really care about helping guests. We love it and have been back several times this year as our grandson was playing junior hockey in Minnesota near Plymouth. GREAT restaurants around and in Maple Grove as well.”

“We had three rooms in two nights. The front desk person at check in (Tammy?) was terrible. We had to call her out from the back room and it seemed like she had an attitude. She asked us "what do you want?". We're standing in a hotel lobby with suitcases. She assigned us a two queen room when we had reservations for a king room. When we went back down to the front desk, she said, "we ain't got none" without looking at the computer. After explaining that we stay there a quite often and showed her...

“Everything was fantastic!!! The room was clean, lobby clean, hot tub great temp, pool heated it was a fantastic stay and will definitely stay here again. The only advice would be to add more variety of hot breakfast instead of just eggs and sausage but delicious either way. Close to Costco and other amenities right across the street. Thank you!! This was a breath of fresh air to arrive at Springhill Suites after we left our original hotel due to lack of cleanliness. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! ”
