“Good hotel, recently refurbished, very clean, quiet location and safe, pleasant dining room with good breakfast, good quality for the price. I would not recommend the single rooms with shared Toilets for old people (shower is very small), this is why I noted "confort" average.”

“I travel to Liverpool every month and stay in this hotel regularly. It’s normally fine but my meal last night in the restaurant was one of the worst i have ever experienced. I decided to treat myself to a ribeye steak. It costs £48 so definitely was a treat. It was dreadful. Horrifically over cooked, so much so that I sent it back which I never do. The waiter agreed that it was badly cooked. Took them 20 mins to cook another steak which was even worse than the original one. Over-cooked and...

“It was super central and easy access. Very easy with just codes in case you didn't walk back at the same time all the time. Super friendly staff. Highly recommend”

“Communication with the host was great. They met us at the apartment, gave us a run down on the place and some visiting recommendations. Apartment was located in a great spot within walking distance to great shopping, restaurants and beautiful sights. We did not find the apartment very well cleaned. It had black hair around the base of the toilet seat and in the shower. Floors were also not clean and needed a good vacuum. The upstairs ceiling is very low and an adult is unable to stand...

“Hotel in prossimità del centro di Liverpool nella zona universitaria. Non ha un parcheggio interno ma a tre minuti a piedi c'è un parcheggio multipiano al costo di 14 sterline (con sconto hotel). Camere spaziose e insonorizzate letto comodo e doccia grande.”

“The only issue we’ve experienced about our stay was the cleanliness issues. The whole place could do with a deep deep clean and small touch ups. I believe no matter how much money you pay, you should be able to stay in a clean environment. Apart from the cleanliness, our stay was great. The staff was great and helpful.
