The villa we were assigned to was on the Crest lot and not Villa at the Palms. The villa was clean and bright. There was a pool close to the property's entrance along with an open gym. Our overall experience was pleasant and I would probably stay again in the future.”

“My husband and I stayed for five days, and overall, we enjoyed our stay. I really liked that breakfast was provided every morning. One issue we had was that after the first morning, we didn’t have enough supplies in the room to make tea or coffee. However, once I brought it to their attention, they quickly corrected the issue and gave us extra supplies, which I really appreciated. The pool area was clean, and the hot tub was great 👍.
