“I stayed at Alpine Lodge for two nights and paid over $700 for what was advertised as a "Superior King" room. Don't be fooled by the name—this is essentially a regular, modest motel room. “We understand that this property has changed hands several times and it currently shows with the lack of staffing and no food service on given days.There was no snack nor food items available. Having stayed here several times in the past it really has declined in the past experiences we have had there. Our room was clean and the accommodations fine but the rest of the area needed service especially at the front desk and departure.”

“Upon arrival we were assigned a parking space in front of our room. Unfortunately, a guest staying in the neighboring room was constantly parked in our space which left us parked in front of the laundry/bathroom. I pointed it out to the front desk attendant but it was not resolved during our two day stay.”

“The hotel was in walking distance to all the village attractions, shops, restaurants, and beach. The room was generally clean. The shower water pressure was strong; however, the bathroom faucet water pressure was low. The staff was very friendly and courteous.”

“This is a cozy old-school Adirondack motel at a good price for the high season. The interior has a log cabin feel and all of the normal amenities of a motel. It was nice to park right in front of my room, and the room was quiet, despite a full parking lot (I think the rooms are spaced apart enough to allow this).
