“One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Very good location in Nuwara Eliya. From check-in to check-out our stay was seamless.We are three friends who stayed for one night. In the morning we came down for a walk to find some food, but the staff greeted us saying they'd been waiting for us for breakfast, as it was included! “The hotel was modern, clean, room spacious and decorated very nicely. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel very central and can walk to main sights. Only issue we had was being locked in at night - glass front doors tied together with a bike chain lock! Although security were outside, I feel this was a concern if there was a fire and felt uncomfortable with this. Otherwise would recommend”

The bed was uncomfortable and the room was small and dark. it was my birthday and there was no mention of this even though my husband had given advanced information.
