“The management staff at the Atlantic Palms suites is great. They listen and they take action. Fast. I made a mistake and booked this hotel a day earlier than I wanted to, and Expedia said, I was scrwd because it was non refundable. I booked this same hotel again and when I arrived to checkin, I told the manager of my problem, and as by the time I make it to my room, no more problem. “Staff was ok, food menu was very limited, windows were left wide open, there was music blasting until 4 am and not allowing us to sleep. We mentioned something about it and nothing was done to address it.”
