“This is an immaculately cleaned hotel. That’s what is most impressive to me. Inside the rooms and the grounds are well kept. Breakfast service offered a variety of food and drinks to choose from. The bar area is very nice with lively music playing in a clean and relaxing environment!”

“The property was poorly maintained and unsanitary. The suite entrance was flooded, common-area AC was off/not working, and there was no Wi‑Fi. Breakfast was misrepresented (told to be a full menu but only eggs and bread were served, hot tea made with bagged water), and staff said it covered only one person despite our booking. “The hotel staff/manager would not check me in”

“The staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous. When something was wrong staff members responded fast to my needs. Moses was very kind and helpful. The hotel has good cleaners as well. However, breakfast was not so good as expected (buffet style dishes appear in the restaurant area, but it’s just for presentation).”

“Everything was way beyond anything we receive in America as far as host accommodating our every need, no matter what was asked it was never too much as I promise you my wife asked foe any and everything, and they always came through and delivered on her request. “Hotel is grossly misrepresented. Rooms were dusty, the light in the bathroom did not work and the area was very rowdy.”

“Staff was extremely rude I had tp pay cash for my room even though the room was paid by credit card on the website. They even locked my personal belongings inside the room and not allowed me access unless I gave them cash, They also called security on me”
