“Great little place to stay. The office receptionist is absolutely lovely. Nothings a problem. Parking is very tight behind the hotel. Better to park in the car park across the road. ”

“The spa bath was a bonus and was wonderful. Great layout and the motel were close to all amenities. The only thing that let it down was the little things that needed maintenance. If they checked regularly or get their cleaning staff to let management know of the repairs, then they can fix the issues. Like I said they were minor issues that they can easily fix and get a 5 star. I would still come back to this motel, and I still highly recommend them.”

“Pulito, letto comodo, angolo cucina, bagno grande, ottima vista con patio direttamente con vista mare, ottimo prezzo e prestazione. Unico appunto, siamo arrivati due minuti dopo le 18.00 e non c’era più nessuno in reception. Non ci avevano inviato nessun messaggio e c’era solo un numero da chiamare. Ma come cliente straniero se sono senza roaming, magari un numero whatsapp faciliterebbe la comunicazione, usando oggigiorno tutti delle e-sim. Ma per il resto ottimo posto in cui passare una...

“Great staff kind cearing and helpfull. Always checking in to make sure we had evrything we need and to make sure we were enjoying our stay . Great rooms Very clean and very modern. bed was nice and big and comfortable. Tv was good had plenty of channels Will deffanantly stay here again when we are next in hastings . Thank you to the lovely lady at the lavana motel who goes above and beyond for her guest.”

“This hotel is gorgeous- the refurbishment is beautifully done and the room I had was really spacious. The bed was comfy and the kitchenette and barhroom were user-friendly and super clean. I will say the parking can be a bit of an issue, particularly if you have bags to drop off and because of the location ( the middle of the CBD) the street and traffic noise is really loud. If you dont mind street noise though its the perfect innercity stay.”

“LOVELY COMFORTABLE BED……VERY CLEAN ROOM Minor issues :: Not sure why there was no dish cloth or tea towel. For older person it was very hard to get top off milk bottle. Would stay there again”

“Love staying here. 3rd time now. Good value for money and it's s so handy with the bistro which has lovely food. Staff are always give great service too. The only little gripe I have this time, was the aircon had a constant whine all night but other than that still enjoyed our stay. ”
