“Alloggio in posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dalla fermata metro Republique da cui si accede a diverse linee metro. Piazza molto frequentata soprattutto da manifestanti. I servizi dell'alloggio sono tutti perfetti, ben attrezzata la cucina e il bagno. Unica pecca l'assenza di detersivo per la lavatrice, mi ha dato una mano una signora che sta lì ma che non ho capito se era una portiera del palazzo oppure no. Certo la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice che sono proprio fuori al monolocale andrebbero...

“First the positives:Great location; very central, close to Metro stations on several different lines. 10 min walk to Chatelet Les Halles for RER to Disneyland. Lots of restaurants & bars nearby. Recommend Paolina Cafe opposite for freshly baked croissants and coffee. Hosts were responsive, door access was easy via keycodes. Apartment was clean. No hidden charges like other rentals in Paris that charge 'late' check-in fees of upto 100 euros for check-in after 7pm, or outrageous damage deposits of...

“This was a perfect location for our first time in Paris. We stayed for 6 days and walked just about everywhere we could because of the convenience. We found some great eating options near by. There are plenty of shops with great prices. It worked well for a group of 3 girls. The host checked on us throughout our time. I definitely recommend staying here! ”

“Concerns have been forwarded to host. Hoping they are fixed for the next guest. Dirty walls, broken couch, weird unsealed door in bedroom “closet”, dirty floors and rug. Very noisy due to being inside a shopping center and not sound proof to the hallway so when people go in and out you hear everything. WiFi is not very reliable, had to go out of the shopping center each time I had to use phone for anything important.”
