“Stayed twice before with family and no issues, always had great stay start to finish. On this occasion, I experienced a very rude receptionist at check-in and check-out (same person) who was not courteous at all and spoke with a negative tone, almost zero communication. “From the moment we walked in the front doors it was a great experience! We were greeted by a very polite young man. He helped me change my reservation to the correct date. The lobby, elevator and room were very clean. And we had a wonderful experience with this Holiday Inn!”
