“Perfect location, elegant hotel, incredibly friendly and helpful staff”

“Great gym, water in the room was not properly hot and lights are difficult to manage”

“Posizione ottima.

“Buon albergo in posizione perfetta.”

“Very clean and upscale property. Lovely amenities. Great location and staff very friendly.”

“Average hotel but few things: the lights in the room required to be lit singularly everywhere to get some light, very strange to not get them on in the evening after the entrance. Few extra steps required to access the floor of our room after the elevator, not tragic but strange and annoying when carrying heavy luggage. Recommended to use always the privacy card on the door to avoid the cleaning personnel entering your room at 9:00am, even the day of check out. No water bottle available in the...

“Very nice view of the lake.”
