“Clean room great staff”

“Staff was wonderful - Cynthia and Maria were awesome housekeepers. Breakfast was not fancy but was reliably decent. Appreciate the pet friendly policies. We have a long term stay and really appreciated the amenities. We tried a different hotel first and it was not good this was a breath of fresh air”

“The whole place had a foul odor. The WORST shower I ever had in my life, the pressure was so poor I was afraid to lather up because I would not be able to rinse the soap off so I did as little as possible. The pressure at the sink was equally terrible, little to no pressure.”

“Everything is old in there. Hallways smell like dog pee. Bugs were found in beds. Roaches were walking on the walls in bathroom. Place does not look anything like the pictures shown.”

“Told front desk the first morning of our stay that there was no hot water and we had to take cold showers, they said they would look into it. No sorry. The next morning, cold showers again. I mentioned it upon checkout and the same rep stated the repairman said there was no problem. I told him that they should go take a cold shower then. The guy said oh ok. No personality, no I’m sorry, no discount, NOTHING. I would suggest that Expedia does not put them as a potential place to stay...
