“Staff was wonderful - Cynthia and Maria were awesome housekeepers. Breakfast was not fancy but was reliably decent. Appreciate the pet friendly policies. We have a long term stay and really appreciated the amenities. We tried a different hotel first and it was not good this was a breath of fresh air”

“The whole place had a foul odor. The WORST shower I ever had in my life, the pressure was so poor I was afraid to lather up because I would not be able to rinse the soap off so I did as little as possible. The pressure at the sink was equally terrible, little to no pressure.”

“What I liked about the room was it was clean and smelling fresh when I came in it reminded me of my home, but the pool did not work. The washing machines did not work, and the ice machines did not work and when I arrived, I had to wait almost an hour to check in because the computer was down due to the weather and the property it can use better maintenance.”

“I complained multiple times and them seem as if the did not care. The hotel was under remodel dust paint everywhere. The pool had nothing no chairs no table a hole and water literally. The elevator stop working told me take the stairs. It was a horrible experience to the point they did not want me to have an extra cover cause people steal them and it was only two per room what’s the point of the sofa bed, but okay. Will definitely be going to another spot and never recommend this place bad with...

“Everything is old in there. Hallways smell like dog pee. Bugs were found in beds. Roaches were walking on the walls in bathroom. Place does not look anything like the pictures shown.”
