“Pealing paint on the dealings in my room and a super slow draining sink. Run the water in the sink for 20 seconds, it fills up to the top, and took another 30 minutes to drain. Then, the next morning no breakfast served. Staff said there was “A Kit hen Emergency” last night. “The airport shuttle was the best part about the stay. We booked this room a month or two ago (king bed) but got a double full size bed room, and our toilet bowl was missing the seat and seat cover! Holes in the walls, and duct tape held the shower head on. They tried to put us in another room, but it smelled like a dog kennel. The next morning, the elevators didnt work. The fire alarm also went off for about 3 minutes in the middle of the night. We couldn't sleep, use the restroom, and barely...

“Was not impressed with DoubleTree. The room was out dated, musty and smelled of mold. We asked to be relocated but the hotel was sold out due to Penn Relay. The staff was pleasant and requested housekeeping to vacuum the carpet. But the smell returned. Buffet breakfast was ok but not much variety if staying multiple days. Next year we will return to Embassy Suites. ”

“Overall the property is nice and mostly clean but there were a few occasions where guests spilled liquids, milk& cereal and the staff was very slow to have it clean. It was a surprise that there is only one washer and one dryer for the entire hotel. Impossible to use unless you spend you’re entire stay watching and waiting for an opportunity.”

“Not worth the price at all. Executive suite with wet bar LOL… it was way below average, nothing special at all. Sofa was ripped up and the room was arranged awkwardly, the desk was literally in the middle of the room. Shower was awful no water pressure, and the curtains don’t cover all sides so we weren’t able to sleep in… hotels should have good showers and black out curtains at a minimum in my opinion. Won’t go back. Mya was nice though! ”
