“Parking was next to a derelict car. What can I say in favour of the room? The lamp shade was nice. other than that the room was appalling. The room was very smelly, old, tatty, damaged worktops, damaged shower, no Jug/kettle, no hairdryer. Amenities were very basic. Curtains were tatty. The staff were unhelpful. The lady who gave us the keys insisted on taking my credit card details to cover "incidentals" The photos in their brochure is of a new block. We were put in the older rooms which...

“Very Happy with unit 7 Most aspects of facility were Excellent in every way...we did however find the bed a little too hard as our preference is a softer mattress base. The Hotel staff were very polite and informative and their service was top class”

“Rather run down establishment. My pre-booked business suit was surprisingly suddenly not available and I was downgraded to a standard room with no offer to refund the difference in price. Best available was a “drinks credit” which is from a business standpoint simply unacceptable. The bar staff could not mix a Margarita to save their lives. Not impressed. Please avoid. ”

“As they say - little things count! Positives - lovely location/ setting, great value breakfast Negativities/ fridge didn’t work so milk left for me curdled 🤔, glasses and coffee ☕️ cup selection limited ( $20 at the Sally’s would sort that out ) & no toilet paper 🤔”

“Waited in reception for 20 minutes before being seen by the receptionist that had no manners and demanded everything, room was filthy and not what I had booked for, came back to the accommodation the next day later in the afternoon and rooms had still not been cleaned. Overall I give the motel a bad rating & definitely won’t be staying there again or suggesting to anyone. ”
