“The staff and property were great. Very friendly and courteous, the room was very clean. The only negative I can think of was parking was 12$ extra. Breakfast was great, bar and restaurant also good. If I every visit Columbia again. I'd book here again. ”

“Overall a decent experience. The bathroom setup in our room was a bit funky providing little privacy with the sliding doors that don’t shut all the way or lock. Also, there is only one outlet available behind the nightstand in the middle of our beds so only one of us could charge our phone by the bed and the other had to use the outlet in the office area. “The best aspect of staying at this hotel was the friendly and mostly helpful staff. However, the 3 main amenities that convinced us to chose this hotel over others were not available, including the Hot Tub, Swimming Pool, and Complementary Reception on Wednesday evenings. We were not informed of these being closed/cancelled ahead of time, and only one sign was present saying the hot tub was unavailable. “Quiet . it's a place to stay . hallway floor was dirty , rooms clean . front desk guy wasn't the friendliest very nonchalant ”

“The room was dirty, sink and wood was warp. Refrigerator never clean. Smell bad. Left the motel and never slept in the room. Went to Hilton Garden.”

“Such a beautiful place in the capital city. Our room was perfectly comfortable and a very cloud like bed. The bed is also in the clouds but there’s a convenient step stool in the closet to help launch you into dreamland. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. “Room was not clean, water quality was poor and luke warm. This was addressed with staff who did offer to change room but we were leaving following morning. It was in a great location with great parking but that was overlooked by uncleanliness and poor shower for the price pad per night ”

“Clean room and location is right in the heart of Columbia. We were very disappointed by the fact that there was an issue with the room keys during our stay, very inconvenient to have to go downstairs to get a staff member to let us into our room every time we left. It’s also very loud + didn’t get much sleep due to sounds outside all through the night.”
