“The proprietors are very helpful and friendly and really want you to have a great stay and go out of their way to make it happen. It's a great no-frills motel with plenty of free parking. The bathroom fixtures were outdated from like the previous century, but everything worked and what makes this place charming!”

“My family and I enjoyed our time at the Delta hotel. We had an ocean view balcony room which we liked. The room was clean and spacious. I will be back again!”

“I killed 4 roaches in my room during my stay. The staff were very nice, but the property is run down. My kitchen area was a formica table and chairs, and microwave sitting atop a mini fridge. No sink! Also, I found a piece of broken glass beside my bed. I’m just thankful that I didn’t cut my foot!!! It was I could find at the time, but never again.”

“It wasn’t what i paid for. My room wasn’t have a pool view and they switch a room next day and it wasn’t ready for me. Beds messed up, trash on bathroom and dirty towels on tub .”

“Good morning. Just a couple of minor things. For one the room was non-smoking but it smelled like smoke. We purchased a smoke eliminator spray and it did the job. Second, the ac was set to 72 degrees but the room was not cool. It took about an hour for the room to cool down. Lastly, the microwave stopped working the first day. However I do not blame the hotel because that's bound to happen. I'm very grateful the staff and management gave a quick response and immediately replaced the...

“The staff was nice and there was a lot of parking. Other guests were arguing in the parking lot and there was big roaches in the hotel. Don’t recommend staying.”

“The staff was very nice, kind, both when I arrived and left. I very much liked the laid-back family-type vibe! My room had a beautiful ocean view, a nice sized tv and two queen sized beds. Everything you need to have a relaxing. fun vacation by the ocean at a reasonable price. Would definitely return!”

“Beach access was great. The room was not very clean and there was broken glass on the floor of the bedroom. Luckily found before my littles stepped on it. The room was definitely in need of paint and fixing old worn walls and flooring. No bugs and it was just okay. No towels in the pool area so bring your own. I would not repeat stay unfortunately.”

“Addetto alla reception gentile, stanza spartana con qualche lampadina bruciata. La sorpresa arriva quando scopro che le lenzuola di ambedue i letti sono sporche con tracce di sangue, capelli e macchie varie: evidentemente i letti erano stati rifatti dopo la partenza dei precedenti ospiti ma le lenzuola non erano state cambiate! Avviso la reception e dopo una decina di minuti vengono a verificare e decidono di cambiare le lenzuola. Roba da terzo mondo!!!”

“Stayed for one night to go to Rockville concert. Run away, I've stayed in questionable motels but this was the absolute worst. We can start with the questionable door locks, the smell in the room, the bugs, the mold in the bathroom. It's not worth the money you're saving ”
