“My family and I enjoyed our time at the Delta hotel. We had an ocean view balcony room which we liked. The room was clean and spacious. I will be back again!”

“The proprietors are very helpful and friendly and really want you to have a great stay and go out of their way to make it happen. It's a great no-frills motel with plenty of free parking. The bathroom fixtures were outdated from like the previous century, but everything worked and what makes this place charming!”

“The room was only “cleaned” once during my stay, which my stay was a week. There were ants behind the bed from old food no one cleaned up, I told the staff and nothing was done. There were fresh blood stains on both of my beds. The owner came outside screaming at me that it is a no smoke facility, which I don’t even smoke. She did not introduce herself, just started screaming. My children were crying wondering why I random lady is yelling when we did nothing wrong. That’s no way to speak to...

“It wasn’t what i paid for. My room wasn’t have a pool view and they switch a room next day and it wasn’t ready for me. Beds messed up, trash on bathroom and dirty towels on tub .”

“I killed 4 roaches in my room during my stay. The staff were very nice, but the property is run down. My kitchen area was a formica table and chairs, and microwave sitting atop a mini fridge. No sink! Also, I found a piece of broken glass beside my bed. I’m just thankful that I didn’t cut my foot!!! It was I could find at the time, but never again.”

“Good morning. Just a couple of minor things. For one the room was non-smoking but it smelled like smoke. We purchased a smoke eliminator spray and it did the job. Second, the ac was set to 72 degrees but the room was not cool. It took about an hour for the room to cool down. Lastly, the microwave stopped working the first day. However I do not blame the hotel because that's bound to happen. I'm very grateful the staff and management gave a quick response and immediately replaced the...

“The staff was nice and there was a lot of parking. Other guests were arguing in the parking lot and there was big roaches in the hotel. Don’t recommend staying.”

“Beach access was great. The room was not very clean and there was broken glass on the floor of the bedroom. Luckily found before my littles stepped on it. The room was definitely in need of paint and fixing old worn walls and flooring. No bugs and it was just okay. No towels in the pool area so bring your own. I would not repeat stay unfortunately.”

“Loved this hotel as it felt like old beachy Florida, but it would’ve been nice to be able to travel solo as a single woman without the staff of a hotel shooting their shot with me.”
