“My family and I enjoyed our time at the Delta hotel. We had an ocean view balcony room which we liked. The room was clean and spacious. I will be back again!”

The bathroom fixtures were outdated from like the previous century, but everything worked and what makes this place charming!”

“Room was outdated. Broken floor tiles. Freezer/fridge leaked from ice buildup in freezer. Needed painted. Other roo.s had been updated but this one I guess had yet to be done. Great view on oceanside though.”

“Good morning. Just a couple of minor things. For one the room was non-smoking but it smelled like smoke. We purchased a smoke eliminator spray and it did the job. Second, the ac was set to 72 degrees but the room was not cool. It took about an hour for the room to cool down. Lastly, the microwave stopped working the first day. However I do not blame the hotel because that's bound to happen. I'm very grateful the staff and management gave a quick response and immediately replaced the...

“I killed 4 roaches in my room during my stay. The staff were very nice, but the property is run down. My kitchen area was a formica table and chairs, and microwave sitting atop a mini fridge. No sink! Also, I found a piece of broken glass beside my bed. I’m just thankful that I didn’t cut my foot!!! It was I could find at the time, but never again.”

“The staff was nice and there was a lot of parking. Other guests were arguing in the parking lot and there was big roaches in the hotel. Don’t recommend staying.”

“The staff was very nice, kind, both when I arrived and left. I very much liked the laid-back family-type vibe! My room had a beautiful ocean view, a nice sized tv and two queen sized beds. Everything you need to have a relaxing. fun vacation by the ocean at a reasonable price. Would definitely return!”

“Beach access was great. The room was not very clean and there was broken glass on the floor of the bedroom. Luckily found before my littles stepped on it. The room was definitely in need of paint and fixing old worn walls and flooring. No bugs and it was just okay. No towels in the pool area so bring your own. I would not repeat stay unfortunately.”

“We booked our stay with our kids last moment, after having to cancel our reservation at another place. This place was exactly what the pictures showed. The kids were very pleased and happy.
