“The first room the smoke detectors kept going off, had the room switched. The next room the Tv wasn’t working because of the snowstorm weather. Also, one of the elevators didn’t work. ”

“The staff were one of the friendliest I’ve encountered. The lady that did the breakfast was so attentive and friendly and so was the gentleman who checked me in. The place was clean and quiet.”

“The manager was rude, looked very unprofessional and not clean. The room smelled really bad and when I complained on check in they claimed they didn’t have another one available. The room was very dirty, the sheets were nasty and had stuff all over them. They wouldn’t give me new ones, the bathroom fan was broken and the fixture was hanging off, the heater/ac was taped on but would fall off and had a nasty smell when running.
