“Location was easy to find & staff helpful. Receptionist came up & changed the lights right away on the bathroom.
We could hear the people next to us, and could hear the people upstairs walking in their room. Could hear the traffic on the road. Definitely needs more insulation to help sound proof. Not enough towels for 2 people. ”

The only thing that bothered me, was they told me when I checked, and there was a $12 parking fee, which was not mentioned anywhere. The parking lot was not even close to capacity and this is Loveland Colorado. Not the Denver Tech Center or DIA hotel, so that was very frustrating. ”

“Front desk staff super! Breakfast every day was superb. Property very nice, clean, well taken care of. Accommodating on every level. Only issue was housekeeping did not do a refresher of our room during our entire visit. Had to go to the front desk to get cleans toweled/washcloths and amenities. Other than that, it was excellent! ”
