“Abbiamo trovato 2 grossi scarafaggi prima di andare a letto sulle coperte. Ci hanno cambiato la camera ma la pulizia rimaneva scarsa ( lenzuola con macchie) . La colazione aveva prodotti di bassa qualità.”

“Shuttle arrivato all'aeroporto dopo 45 minuti di telefonate e promesse che era partito. magari di giorno non spaventa, ma alle ore 10pm qualche ansia viene. Autista dello shuttle guida come un pazzo e palesemente incazzato. Avevo preso 2 dollari per la mancia, che ho rimesso in tasca. Neppure scaricato le valigie .... mai visto prima Colazione pressochè inesistente, 2 fette di pane, altro non c'era. per avere il latte freddo ho dovuto chiedere. Per uscire, erano le 8,45 am, non c'era più...

“The bar was not well stocked. The bartender was a great bartender though. They still have lots of construction going on around the area so it wasn’t super easy finding the way to get into the parking lot. The place was super clean but it is a brand new hotel. Hopefully it stays at clean all the time.”

“The room was like new, and very clean. The lobby was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was first rate. We always like staying here!”

“The room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable enough and the bathroom clean and in good condition. The only complaint and it’s not a small one is the that the air conditioner was so loud that it kept us awake all night. If not for that I would say that this hotel is a very good value but you need to use ear plugs to get a quiet nights sleep.”

“Extremely noisy. Huge air conditioning engine always on, on the side of the hotel close to the road. No toiletries, no complimentary water. Very arrogant receptionist. They dont undedstand that some hotels.com rreservations are to be paid at the hotel. They refuse to provide invoice. Dont want to assist with expedia, and say... "you call them" we dont care. Totally unacceptable”

“Staff let me check in earlier which was great. I only stayed for one night for a baseball game. I had a good experience but then again I wasn’t there that long. They also made it a point to put me in a room on the other side of the interstate and close to the elevator which was also a plus. ”

“I was woken up at 11:50pm by a barking dog. Went to the front desk to ask if they allowed dogs and they said "no" So i told them well there is a dog barking next door the clerk replied " oh, that, they just went to go get something in the dinning room, ill go tell them" the dog continued to bark till 12:20am. In the morning i went down to the morning clerk to ask the same question, after seeing the dog leave the property cuz i was outside enjoying my coffee. "Do yall allow dogs" she said "no,...

“Very noisy. Insufficient soundproofing from the aircraft noise. They dont even provide a complimentary bottle of water. Poor breakfast. Most of the thing of the menu are not available. They block 150% of the amount to pay at the checkin, and then every 2 days they charge 33%, so at the checkout you need at least 250% of the amount in your plafon”
