“Great place to stay. Convenience of being able to park right at the door of your room. Mini kitchenette with sink and microwave in the room which is handy. Staff are helpful and friendly. Walk to the local club for a great meal and a drink. Quick drive to the shops.”

“The apartment was clean and had good amenities including washing and drying machines, fridge, dishwasher etc. However, the apartment requires some maintenance including fixing flooring, rerouting and sealing in the bathroom and fixing some of the trim around the walls/floors. Also it's kind of a noisy area. The walls and doors aren't very sound proof so be prepared for that. Otherwise though, a good experience”

“property was generally fine and the process was smooth. However, the drain in the shower was partially blocked, with water collecting while showering to the degree I was worried it might overflow. More seriously (and I only noticed this when packing up) the smoke detector was covered in plastic – it looks like this was prevent it from detecting smoke. Not sure whether that was because of a defective detector, or the previous occupant was smoking, but in any case it's a serious concern.”

“The apartments are located in south Brisbane, 50 meters from the Brisbane Convention center and the train station. Nice apartments, enough space, very good furnitures, a small balcony. Wifi very good, personnel kind and professional. No drawbacks, I found what they promised. (I haven't had the time to check the common spaces, the pool and the gymn...)”

“Things to remember when booking this hotel... The "Spa" is not included in your stay and located in the basement. Its a different company entity "Evergreen Day Spa" and charge $15 p/d for pool usage. Hotel is close proximity to hospital therefore be prepared to hear sirens all night long. Breakfast buffet is $25 per person Monday-Friday 6.30am-9.30am so time it well. Food options are basically next door on either side but when in doubt - theres a Foodworks also. Transport was fairly...
