“La struttura è vecchia e la posizione è molto brutta e lontana dal centro. In sala colazioni dopo il primo giorno hanno finito te verde e yogurt e nei due giorni successivi non sono stati ripristinati! L’hotel non è vero un 5 stelle ma al massimo 3 e non adatto a clientela italiana e internazionale in rapporto alla cifra spesa. In hotel non è mai venuto il manager a controllare. La camera non male ma vecchia e con la cassaforte che non si poteva aprire perché avevano perso le chiavi.”

“This place is beautiful, but I’m very sensitive to mold and chemicals and both of these were prevalent. The A/C had visible mold all around that and in the middle of the night a pest and weed control crew came and sprayed the heck out of the grounds with pesticides and herbicides. If you’re ok with the above, than I will say that this place is quite beautiful, the pool is great and being right on the water is lovely.”

“Don’t bother booking at Grand Park Royal unless you’re staying in the New Tower. My Son’s experience in the Old Tower was absolutely terrible. The room had significant mold issues, including mold around the air conditioning unit and even inside the curtains. The outdated A/C system appeared to create constant condensation, which seemed to circulate mold throughout the room. We reported the problem to several staff members. Rather than moving us to another room, maintenance simply started...

“Everything was great about this hotel, except one thing, the road getting in. It’s definitely a little off the beaten path and expect lots of dirt and dust on the way in. outside of that, the staff were very kind and professional, as is almost always the case in Mexico, the place was very clean and the views were beautiful. It probably deserves five stars except for the location. If they would pay the roads in and make it a little smoother to get in, that would probably make it a five for me.”
