“There was a $500 resort discount voucher included in my reservation. The vouchers were useless. There was $80 worth of vouchers that were for "upgrade room". There is no point of an "upgrade room" voucher when you have already paid for the room and these vouchers are given after the fact.”

“All the personal were great they treated us with respect and made sure we had all that we needed. The food was amazing and the beach was wonderful to relax . We enjoyed the nightly shows and will definitely be back ! ”
