“Rooms were clean. Beds are rock hard no exaggeration. The fridges will keep you foods either frozen or Luke cool. Staff are decent. I thought the food was actually pretty good. A lot of different options. If you don’t like the food there are other options in the area. The pools are lacking small shallow and I’ve seen cleaner. “We really liked this place. Our bed was comfortable, the beach was great, the pools were nice, and the price was right. We also really liked the location of the hotel. Within 20 mins walk or a few minutes can ride we could get to really nice restaurants in a nice neighborhood. It was also easy to get to downtown for a change of scenery. “The property Is in a nice location, but the service Is far from the One of a five stars hotel. I arrived at 8,30 pm and i was not even welcomed wirh a bottle of water. The room Is large, but with old furniture. The level of cleaness Is very low. What Is really unacceptable Is the Sea side. There each piece Is so dirty. “The beautiful grounds, the pools and areas so clean, very quiet and relaxing in atmosphere. Chairs always available on beach or around pool. We had a full kitchen ocean view room on 7th floor which was very clean and comfortable in every aspect. A quick cab ride to Soriana provided what we needed to enjoy morning coffee on the balcony or evening drinks admiring the spectacular sunsets. Perfect holiday.”
