“At the hotel. Everything was amazing. The downside of it was Expedia Bad customer service. Bad understanding and communication. Unuseful staff not booking through Expedia ever again.”

“The condo was perfect. We came to the Ozarks for a Jeep trail ride and the location was perfect and easily accessible. Communication with the host was easy and quick. Would stay here again. ”

“The room was filthy. Toilet paper rolls were used, there was roach poop in the top corners of the room. The bed side tables were broke. The mirror in the bathroom was filthy. There was paint on the walls like a toddler had painted their trim and gotten it everywhere. The pool said 24 hours online but the sign said it closed at 10. The $12 breakfast buffet was nothing more than a continental breakfast. The bed looked like it had been slept in. The soap dispenser in the shower was visibly dirty.”

“The host was friendly and very helpful. The view made me want to come back in warmer weather. I had everything I needed.”

“Was only there for a short visit with granddaughters place was excellent. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool but the unit was nice. Hopefully we will get a chance next time. Granddaughters already asked to come back ”

“Loved this place on the water, you will not be disappointed. The reasons we gave it a 4 instead of a 5 star:I reached out and personally asked via email if there were any steps (one of us have a very bad hip etc) and was assured there were none so we booked... NOPE there are steps to climb getting to the condo. Would have booked another place if we got the actual details. This one was not a deal breaker but all of the out door lights were burnt out and since we did not arrive until late, we...

“Jacuzzi was unusable, the pool was "ice cold" but refreshing, the room smelt like a dog, before our dog ever stepped in the room. The room was good enough and the price was alright.”
