“I have stayed here before and in general it is a very clean well run property. This particular trip the room was below average and I did not receive any housekeeping services during my 5 day stay. It was Race weekend and the hotel was packed. I checked in late and received the last room that they had which was a first floor accessible room. Holes in the wall in bathroom, not sure how curtain rod was even hanging, the water spout was very loose, different color paints, floor were sticky. “Not very well maintained in my opinion. Had maintanance isseus in our restroom. The room was not ready when we arrived late in the evening. Cheap per night cost; get what you paid for I suppose. Staff was very helpful and friendly, however. We booked this hotel after seeing 8.4 Expedia rating but that rating is incorrect I would have to say.”

“There was a problem with our check-in because we did not get the room we had originally booked. But the manager was excellent and took great care of us to help us understand why that happened and then compensated us for the error. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and will be returning.”
