Located on one of the highest points in Palmetto Bay, this newly built 2 bedroom, 2 full and 2-1/2 bath home features a stunning infinity pool surrounded by ample covered and uncovered outdoor space complete with an incredible view of the Caribbean Sea. Plenty of parking space under the home with a large bodega for washer, dryer and storage. Oversized open concept kitchen and living room that blend perfectly with the outdoor space. Both bedrooms are suites with ocean and breezeway views. The entire home is on one floor with steps to the entrance.



Palmetto Bay is the only private eco-friendly beach community of its kind in Roatan. Located on the perfect north shore and in the center of the island, where you will find the most beautiful kaleidoscope of turquoise and blue colors of the sea, unique to Roatan.



We accept only VISA or MASTERCARD



We include consumption of up to 100 kWh per day in the room rate.

Any consumption exceeding 100 kWh per day must be covered by the guest at a rate of $0.45 USD per additional kilowatt. Your concierge will take a photo of the electric meter upon check-in and another photo upon check-out.



For stays of more than 30 days, electricity will be the customer`s responsibility.
