Inn a Roatan

“The hotel staff at the front desk were helpful, but they should improve on their customer support skills. Just because we speak Spanish, that does not mean we should be treated any differently than those who don’t. The rooms were not as expected since one was significantly smaller. The elevator in building 17 was broken for most our stay. On building 13, room cleaning did not happen during the expected time and we had to get out of our rooms late in the afternoon.”

“My family of 3 stayed in a family suite, which I assumed would accommodate all of us. We were given 2 towels a day so I requested additional towels, only to find they took them from us during housekeeping and replaced again with 2. The TV didn't work from day one of a 5 day stay. We had no internet ever and were told they would get it fixed. The family suite was on the outside of the resort directly across from a construction site, not a great view. “Awesome staff, property, location, and amenities. First time staying at this location and wont be my last. Thr staff was super nice, helpful, and professional. The property was BEAUTIFUL right on the beach. I cant think if anything negative. Highly recommend this resort!”
