Inn a Roatan

“It was way too expensive for the price I paid. At the beach: Mattress were humid and smelly, and needed to be reserve in advance and were empty the whole day . Shower had broken handlers and took 45 min for a soda. No towels on the second day. No effort from the staff at all. No information of the activities. Room: as expected. Restaurant: as expected. Transportation offered by the hotel wanted to charge USD$ 60,- for a 1,6 km (1 mile) ride. Front desk at check-in wanted to block a payment...

“This was our second time and would continue to stay every time. The room, breakfast ,view and especially the staff are all great . In addition to the beach chair it was great that now they have umbrellas.”

“La struttura molto bella esternamente con 3 belle piscine , il servizio alla reception quasi assente , le camere piccole e vecchie nella nostra stanze in 3 giorni il lampadarii su 3 luci ne funzionava 1 e mai nessuno ha cambiato le lampadine , avevamo una stanza molto piccola ed il letto scomodissimo , se viaggiate con persone in carrozzina troppe barriere architettoniche , la rampa per raggiungere i ristoranti aveva una pendenza assurda , ”

“Hermoso todo, instalaciones, habitaciones, vistas al mar y nos subieron a la suite deluxe sin coste alguno, los empleados son muy cercanos y la seguridad muy estricta para la zona. El restaurante sí que no me gustó, afortunadamente cogimos sin todo incluido y salimos en taxi a comer por la zona.”
