“Mi experiencia no fue buena. Durante toda mi estadía nunca tuve agua caliente, a pesar de que esperaba contar con este servicio. Es algo básico, especialmente para una estadía de varios días, y considero que deberían solucionar este inconveniente para futuros huéspedes.”

“La struttura molto bella esternamente con 3 belle piscine , il servizio alla reception quasi assente , le camere piccole e vecchie nella nostra stanze in 3 giorni il lampadarii su 3 luci ne funzionava 1 e mai nessuno ha cambiato le lampadine , avevamo una stanza molto piccola ed il letto scomodissimo , se viaggiate con persone in carrozzina troppe barriere architettoniche , la rampa per raggiungere i ristoranti aveva una pendenza assurda , ”

“Hermoso todo, instalaciones, habitaciones, vistas al mar y nos subieron a la suite deluxe sin coste alguno, los empleados son muy cercanos y la seguridad muy estricta para la zona. El restaurante sí que no me gustó, afortunadamente cogimos sin todo incluido y salimos en taxi a comer por la zona.”

“Loved this resort! I was a single, female traveler and had never been to Roatan before. I made the right choice booking Naboo. It had a great location. It was quiet and safe. I appreciated being assigned an upper level room. That added to my feeling of safety. Staff was great, EXCELLENT communication when I had flight cancellation that changed my arrival times and dates. “No point to stay here. Lots of seaweeds, it's impossible to swim and snorkeling isn't great either. On top of that the food options are limited and disgusting and the owner is as nice as a kick in the arse. Do yourself a favor: spend a bit more and get a room in West Bay.”
