Hotel a Robbinsville

“Breakfast was good. Room was underwhelming. Large rip in window curtains, loud squeaky bathroom door and room phone didn’t work.”

“Would not stay again. Needing updates. Basic simple inquiries to staff were responded to in an irritated and not helpful manner. Only good thing was the size of the room (but not the quality) & the location.”

“Overall, a nice day. Some minor maintenance issues in the room(remote in room didn’t work, toilet chain broke in the middle of the night) Front desk staff and bar staff wonderful. Room was clean.”

“The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. However, We expected a Marriott property to be better maintained. The kitchen cabinet was precariously hanging on the wall, almost falling off! This looked quite dangerous and we were scared to reach in for any dishes. The sofa cushions were old and sank down, making it difficult to sit. The bed was so old and the mattress sank down so much that we were both very stiff when we got up! “The staff were excellent. The room was very nice. Not much of a Health Club. Parking was excellent too.”

“Very poor service and unprofessional staff. The behavior of the staff was extremely disappointing. When you go to the reception, instead of being treated respectfully, you feel like you are being treated poorly. It seemed like they do not understand basic customer service or how to communicate politely with guests. I felt very uncomfortable during my stay. Unfortunately, I regret even staying one night at this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.”
