“La que atiende en la entrada un muy mal servicio me dió un cuarto que no abia rentado con una sola cama cuando abia rentado con 2 camas ,y la puerta del cuarto se abría sola con facilidad y cuando fui a desire se molestó en lugar de ayudarme muy mal servicio”

“The pictures online for the brooms are trash. They look nothing like it and a quarter of the size. Hot water is only hot for about 15 minutes. They triple charged my debit card. For the room when it was paid for online. No refund and let me make this clear.! NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE EVER. If they do it to get your money and never answer the phone again.”

“I do not recommend this place due to cleanliness issues. The sheets were not changed—it looked like they had merely made the bed. Furthermore, the television was not working, and the bathtub was dirty. Do not let the low price be your deciding factor when booking a hotel; pay the going rate—even if it is a bit expensive—and be sure to check the reviews and star ratings.
