“When I walked into the room, there was a foul smell, and the tub had old stains as if it had not been properly cleaned. I also saw roaches, which was completely unacceptable. I left the room immediately and checked out due to these poor conditions. This hotel should not be rated as a 3-star property.”

“The staff were very friendly and hospitable. They took great pride in helping their guests have a great stay. The room was very clean, however there was an overpowering bleach smell in the room that gave me a headache. I appreciated the cleanliness, but perhaps the room could have been ventilated better. The pool was probably my families favorite amenity. It was very kid friendly with a basketball hoop. As a mom of young children, I appreciated this as it tired my kiddos out. The rooms were...

“Breakfast was 8/10, manager Aisha went over the top to accommodate our group. She made sure we had everything and personally got us a rollaway bed. A+ professional and very pleasant to deal with. I cannot say the same for another staff member at the desk the following evening. ”
