Not the best location to visit the island and the sea side is not great due to a river close by. Staff is not much prepared and many things seem difficult to organize (i.e. snorkeling, excursions,...)

Albergo bellissimo, peccato la spiaggia
Struttura tenuta benissimo, personale abbondante ma poco esperto. Poca organizzazione per i collegamenti per le escursioni, avrei preferito qualcosa di organizzato dalla struttura. Collegamenti con l’areoporto solo tramite taxi e non navetta.

Toppbetyg för allt, egentligen. Rummen, maten, utbudet på aktiviteter, servicen över lag är fantastisk. Det finns ingen anledning att hyra bil utan det fungerar perfekt med taxi vart man än vill åka. Som bonus får man en kunnig och sympatisk guidning av Zaheed. Ett hotell som tillfredsställer alla behov för både gamla och unga i en mycket vänlig atmosfär.

Super relaxing stay
We had a wonderful stay at the Radison. The staff is wonderful, the food was good and the kids really enjoyed the water sports. We travelled around Mauritius before we came and have to say that the beach is not as nice as other places because of the river. The water is not clear light blue, more dark and unclear, which didn’t bother us as we stayed in other places already but if this is your only place make sure you leave the resort and see the magnificent beaches Mauritius has. We had a really relaxing stay and it was a great end to our Mauritius adventure!

Perfect hotel
The hotel has everything on its site. Full of activities for children that can be babysitted for free. The service is just beyond all expectations. This side of the island is windy so you can kitesurf on the site. Noting around the hotel but we had a car and the hotel itself provides everything the guests might need or want.

Super Hotel für entspannte Tage.
Das Radisson Blu Azuri ist eine wunderschöne Hotelanlage in einem gesicherten Apartmentbereich. Toller Check-in mit Park- und Gepäckservice und Begrüßungsgetränk. Große, noch sehr neu wirkende Zimmer. Bequemes Bett, großer Bad- und Duschbereich. Schöner Balkon mit Chill-out Sofa. Wir hatten Halbpension und waren mit dem Essen extrem zufrieden. Jeden Abend ein anderes Themenbüffet und auch beim Frühstück bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Das Personal ist wirklich ausnahmslos freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Wenn man nicht beim Essen oder am Pool ist, merkt man oft gar nicht, wie viele Gäste in der Anlage wohnen. Gutes WLAN. Schönes Fitness-Studio. Gratis-Parkplätze wenn man einen Mietwagen hat. Einzigen kleinen Nachteile: Etwas kleinlich fanden wir, dass man bei HP beim Abendessen selbst für Wasser bezahlen muss. Der Strand ist schön, aber das Wasser ist für Mauritius-Verhältnisse etwas trübe und zum Schwimmen weniger geeignet. Stündlich geht ein Bootsshuttle zu einer Plattform zum Schwimmen. Die Wassersportangebote (Kajak etc.) sind durch den flachen und felsigen Untergrund im ufernahen Gewässer schwierig zu nutzen. Und je nach Jahreszeit kann schon einmal ein ordentlicher Wind vom Meer kommen. Ansonsten ist es sicher eines der schönsten Hotels, in denen wir bisher waren. Wenn man nicht ständig schwimmen oder schnorcheln möchte, das ideale Hotel für entspannte Tage.

Es war ein super resort!! Für en Honeymoon war es die perfekte Location. Super zum entspannen und alles Revue passieren zu lassen. Es war wunderschön dort und die Hotelmitarbeiter waren auch super!! Die kostenlosen Hotel Aktivitäten waren super!! Man könnte jede freie minute nutzen mit relaxen oder super Wassersport angeboten. Das Schnellboot was einen jede Stunde zur schwimmplattform bringt ist auch außergewöhnlich es sieht dort aus wie im Film, Türkis blaues undenklich klares Wasser 😍😍😍

The service is terrible. Food is no better than the one in Cuba. If you don’t take the all inclusive be ready to pay around 10$ for a bad beer. They also charge for water at dinner (around 5$ per bottle) They really want you to pay for the all inclusive. Get a car so you can move freely the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and the water next to the beach won’t be higher than you knee.

Well Done Radisson Blu at Roches Noires
Lovely hotel in pretty setting. Upgraded to a townhouse as we were 4 families which proved perfect for our needs BUT I think this did affect the service we received in terms of cleaning, sheet changing (with accidents from our little ones) provision of bottled water, etc. But Kid’s Club was very good, breakfast and supper buffets superb as in all Radisson Blu hotels, and the staff on reception were amazing - friendly, helpful, patient.

Hôtel très décevant compte tenu du prix de la nuit. À ce prix on peut s'attendre à beaucoup mieux et pourtant nous avons été surclassés. Chambre prestige mais pas de vue sur mer ! Piscine privative.....il faudrait plutôt dire baignoire extérieure avec vue directe sur toutes les baignoires extérieures des autres chambres....aucune intimité. Par contre la chambre était très bien. SI vous voulez faire du snorkeling et vous baigner dans la mer, il ne faut pas choisir cet hôtel : la mer est trouble car prés des mangroves. La restauration est bonne surtout le soir, par contre les viennoiseries du petit déjeuner sont dignes d'un Super U. L'ambiance générale de l'hôtel est plutôt Bidochonne. Tout le monde est agglutiné au bord de la piscine et visiblement l'alcool est très présent. L'accueil quant vous arrivez en voiture est déplorable, à peine si on vous laisse déposer vos valises et ensuite il faut se débrouiller par ses propres moyens pour trouver une place de parking ! Au départ de l'hôtel, le bon accueil de l'arrivée à complètement disparu, visiblement ils sont très contents de vous voir partir ! C'est le pire des Radisons que nous ayons fait. Nous vous déconseillons d'y rester plus de 2 nuits, voir nous deconseillons d'y aller tout court. La seule note positive est le Spa et son personnel. Il y a beaucoup beaucoup mieux dans les environs......

Schöne Anlage mit Schwächen aber gutem Preis
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in mehreren Hotels in verschiedenen Regionen auf Mauritius verbracht, so dass wir ganz gut vergleichen können. Das Preis-Leistungsniveau dieser Viersterneanlage ist gut. Das Hotel ist Teil des isoliert an der Ostküste gelegenen Azuri Village, mit vielen "Eigentumswohnungen". Ohne Mietwagen würden wir hier nicht länger als 1-2 Tage bleiben wollen, mit Mietwagen stört die Lage nicht, und man hat seine Ruhe. Der Strand mit seinen Anlagen sieht hübsch aus, ist aber zum Schwimmen nahezu ungeeignet - ausgeglichen wird das durch den schönen Pool. WLAN funktionierte gut auf dem ganzen Hotelgelände. Für ein paar Tage waren Frühstücks- und Abendbuffets abwechslungsreich und von guter Qualität. Die Unterhaltungsangebote waren ziemlich eingeschränkt aber unaufdringlich, für Kinder gibt es außerhalb des Pools nicht viel zu tun. Das Preisniveau in den Restaurants ist angemessen. Etwas störend war der Service, der nahezu mehrfach täglich wegen Belanglosigkeiten und zu unangemessenen Zeiten (abends) störte.

Super accueil. Personnel souriant et serviable. Chambre grande et propre. Buffet varié et de qualité. Piscine et espace spa au top. Seul bémol la plage est propre mais la mer est souvent agité et pas de poisson à voir directement depuis le’ bord.

Paradise at the North west end of Mauritius
Location is a bit far off and exclusive with every facility you can ask for. The Hotel Management ensures to keep you pampered right from the time you check in till departure. Amazing, back to back activities are organised throughout the day to keep you engaged. You can spend 5 days at this property in Mauritius,being entertained without having to leave for excursions. Glad we had the Radisson at our rescue to make the most of our time, the day cyclone Fakir, hit the island closing down all outdoor excursions. Thoroughly enjoyed the existing theme dinner buffets and the experiences of star gazing and movie on the beach at nights.

Skønt sted i lækre omgivelser med venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Værelserne var store og flotte. Maden i bufferestauranten var lækker og varieret. Masser af gratis aktivitetsmuligheder for store og små (vi var to voksne med 5 børn i alderen 5-14) Stedet har vores varmeste anbefaling.

You can't fault customer service really; Mauritian are lovely people. Beach isn't great but there is an hourly shuttle that takes you to a beautiful lagoon where you can swim including with kids when the tide is low.

Disapointing Experience
The ocean is not clear as in the pictures (they are close to a river delta and then the beach have dark sand (they tried to offer a swimming platform in a clear water overseas,but you need to go by boat and maximum 1 hour per turn). The view of the room was not the same from the site (Oceanview): in my case I was looking to the river and a small jungle (do not recommend - check before booking). Staff is gentle, but apparently the my don’t have enough people (everybody runs up and down, but service is not 4* level). Long waiting time @ restaurants (maybe due to Easter Holliday), impossible to get a second round of beverages (don’t recommend the meal package). Cleaness was also a deception, we had to call the reception 3 days to have our room cleaned before 3PM (once our small boy had to sleep). Another disappointing point for me was the beach cleaness. There were a lot of cigarette buts all over. Okay that they can’t discipline the guests, but if they allow smoking should provide cleaness of at least disposals on the key points. What was good: room is comfortable and spacious, swimming pool area is nice. Worse points: disappointing experience in terms of services and ocean not clear as shown in the pictures. I sincerely don’t recommend the place and if possible would rather to choose another hotel. Would never send my friends there. You probably would get worth value for money somewhere else in Mauritius.
